BI Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a senior analytics professional to become the central analytical intelligence for an investment fund managing 20+ iGaming companies. This role is not about reporting — it is about building analytical infrastructure and driving high-impact business decisions across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale a unified Marketing Analytics Hub across 20+ companies (dashboards, benchmarking, anomaly detection)
• Own full player analytics suite: LTV, ARPU, churn, cohorts, reactivation, engagement → LTV
• Develop traffic quality scoring (LTV correlation, payback, fraud signals)
• Build and optimize retargeting & incrementality models
• Deliver LTV, churn, payback and reactivation models
• Create a Unified Player Model & decision layer (CAC limits, bonus logic, bidding strategy)
• Lead A/B testing framework and standardize insights for C-level stakeholders
• Support investment team (due diligence) with marketing analytics insights
• Translate data into clear business recommendations with measurable impact

Requirements:

• 5+ years in iGaming analytics, including 3+ years in marketing analytics
• Operator-side experience only (no agencies/vendors)
• Proven experience building analytical systems from scratch
• Strong stack: SQL, Python, BI tools (Looker / Tableau / Power BI)
• Experience with ML models (XGBoost, LTV, survival analysis)
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, statistics, attribution
• Experience with BigQuery / Snowflake / Redshift
• Domain Expertise iGaming funnel metrics: View2Reg, Reg2Dep, FTD2RD
• Unit economics: GGR, NGR, CAC, LTV, ARPU
• Affiliate ecosystems, fraud detection, attribution
• GEO-specific payment behavior & conversion drivers
