Firebird is an international online travel company that organizes trips to Europe for customers from around the world. We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. Currently, there are a number of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

Data Analyst / BI key responsibilities include:

• Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate it into actionable BI requirements.

• Work closely with data engineers, BI developers, and IT teams to ensure data systems and infrastructure support business goals.

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure BI solutions meet business needs.

• Document business processes, data flows, and system requirements to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.

• Validate data accuracy and the functionality of BI solutions through testing.

• Ensure that BI tools provide accurate, up-to-date data.

• Act as a point of contact for any issues or questions related to BI solutions.

• Support and enhance existing BI systems and processes for greater efficiency and impact.

We are looking for a person with:

• Proven experience in the e-commerce sector.

• Strong understanding of key product and marketing metrics.

• Proficient in analytics integration, data enrichment, and data integrity. Understanding of data structure, ELT/ETL and SQL skills (ClickHouse a plus).

• Basic statistics knowledge.

• Experience using Cursor AI or ChatGPT for work tasks.

• Skilled in data visualization, especially using Tableau.

• Knowledge of advertising (Google Ads / Bing), web (Google Analytics) and app (AppsFlyer) analytics platforms.

• Experience as a Business Analyst in software development is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a strong sense of responsibility towards project outcomes.

• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, self-driven, and adept at working both independently and within team settings.

• Basic speaking and writing English comprehension.
