We’re looking for a motivated, curious Balance Game Designer (Junior+ / Middle) to join a Tower Defense project in our R&D department and work on the core combat system — balancing it through numbers, logic and gameplay.

🚀 Who we’re looking for:
• Love for numbers, balance & Google Sheets
• Experience with f2p mobile games / combat systems
• Basic Unity + understanding of game economy & metrics
