About your role

We are looking for an experienced Backend C#/.NET Developer to join our team working on Hero Wars. In this role, you will focus on developing and improving core gameplay features, including multiplayer and competitive mechanics that engage players and drive long-term retention.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and developing new game features, primarily multiplayer and competitive systems (e.g., rankings, guild-based mechanics)

• Improving and extending existing game mechanics

• Building backend functionality with a focus on scalability and high-load performance

• Designing and implementing features from scratch

• Collaborating closely with game designers and other team members to shape gameplay systems

• Ensuring reliability and performance of game services in production

We hope that you have

• 5+ years of commercial backend development experience

• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core

• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

• Experience with caching systems (Redis, Memcache, etc.)

• Experience working with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

• Solid understanding of application architecture principles

• Experience designing systems and features from scratch

• Experience working with high-load systems
