Back-end developer (Golang)

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (Middle+/Senior level) to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in backend development with a primary focus on Golang, and experience building scalable, high-performance systems. Familiarity with Node.js and payment systems is a significant plus.

You'll be working on backend services that power key parts of our platform, including transaction processing, billing automation, and third-party integrations. This is a critical role that offers autonomy, technical leadership opportunities, and direct impact on our product and architecture.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in backend development
2+ years of hands-on experience with Golang in production environments
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
Solid understanding of relational databases and experience with query optimization
Strong knowledge of software design principles and clean code practices
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS services and CI/CD pipelines
Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain backend services primarily using Golang
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement new features
Maintain and improve performance, scalability, and reliability of the existing systems
Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in code reviews, tech planning, and mentoring of other engineers as needed
