B2B Project Manager / Technical Client PM (German-speaking)

Xmethod is a European custom software development company building web, mobile and low-code products for DACH clients in healthcare, fitness, dating, payments and other domains.

We are looking for a hands-on B2B Project Manager / Technical Client PM who can independently lead client-facing delivery and presales in German and English.

What you will do

• Lead up to four custom web/mobile projects with one shared cross-functional team.

• Run discovery sessions, workshops and presales with DACH and international clients.

• Clarify requirements, scope, timelines and estimates.

• Work with the CEO, architect and developers to shape solutions, then present and defend them to clients.

• Manage delivery, risks, budgets, changes and expectations from presales through release and support.

• Support clients through the mobile release lifecycle, including App Store and Google Play requirements.

• Identify project development and upsell opportunities.

What we are looking for

• Fluent Russian for daily internal communication.

• German B2+ with confident independent client communication: discovery, requirements, scope, estimates, presentations and negotiations.

• English B2+ for English-language client projects.

• More than one year of experience and several delivered projects in custom software development, IT outsourcing or digital production.

• B2B client-facing project management, discovery and presales experience.

• Solid understanding of SDLC and web/mobile development.

• A hands-on mindset: this is not a PMO or Head-only role.

• Readiness for European business trips about once per month, usually up to five days; all travel costs are covered.

Nice to have

• Experience with DACH clients.

• Background in healthcare, fitness, dating, payment systems, SAP/data migration or low-code/MVP projects.

Conditions

• Fully remote, European working hours.

• Full-time B2B/service contract.

• Total compensation of €4,000–4,500 per month, including performance bonuses; up to €5,000 for an exceptional match.

• No relocation.

• Start as soon as possible.
