About Position

Grade: Middle
Team: Customer Success
Schedule: 2/2, 6 PM – 6 AM (GMT+7)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Handle incoming client tickets and resolve inquiries in a timely manner;
• Communicate with clients via chat, providing professional support and guidance;
• Monitor Grafana and notify the DevOps team and CTO when issues require attention;
• Configure the platform according to client requirements;
• Deliver product training sessions to help clients effectively use the platform.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Support;
• Ability to navigate documentation and quickly find the required information;
• Experience working with back-office modules and configuring the platform based on client requirements;
• Strong understanding of client applications and troubleshooting principles;
• Experience working with client portals and managing client data;
• Ability to reproduce and verify issues reported by clients;
• Experience delivering product training sessions;
• English and Russian at C1+ level.
