ASO Specialist (VPN Product)

We’re looking for an experienced ASO Specialist to take our successful VPN product with 1.5M downloads to the next level of organic growth!

What you’ll be doing:

- Full ASO cycle: keyword research, metadata, testing, and A/B experiments in Google Play and App Store.

- Optimizing app store listings for different GEOs (icons, screenshots, descriptions, videos).

- Monitoring and growing organic traffic: installs, store conversions.

- Working with paid/motivated traffic (ASA is a plus), warming up campaigns, quality control, ROI.

- Building hypotheses, creating funnels, and working with analytics tools (Apphud, Appsflyer, Firebase, Amplitude).

- Collaborating with designers and product teams on metadata and updates.

What we expect from you:

- 2+ years of ASO experience (App Store + Google Play).

- Real cases showing organic growth (numbers required).

- Understanding of mobile analytics, attribution systems, and in-app events.

- Experience with paid traffic optimization, fraud filtering, and payback calculations.

- Skills in A/B testing, hypothesis validation, CI/CTR optimization.

- Experience with utilities (cleaners, VPNs, etc.) and knowledge of localization for key markets (USA, Brazil, India, Indonesia) is a plus.

- English: B2
