Analytics Engineer

Limassol, Cyprus.

At PayDepot we build several B2B and B2C fintech products, including payment infrastructure, crypto services and financial platforms. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Analytics Engineer who will help transform data into actionable insights and build reliable data infrastructure to support product and business decisions.

What you will do

• Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data processing and reporting

• Build and maintain data models and data marts

• Monitor data quality, consistency and integrity across systems

• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams to define analytics requirements

• Automate recurring reporting and data workflows
  

What we expect

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases

• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines

• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation

• Understanding of data modeling principles and data warehouse concepts

• Experience working with large datasets and optimizing query performance

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments or crypto products

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)

• Experience with Apache Airflow, dbt or similar orchestration tools

• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices

• Experience with event-based analytics and product metrics

• STEM degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar)
