Role Overview

We are seeking a highly attentive and technically proficient Analyst with strong Python skills to join our team. This is a support role for our Quantitative Researchers, focusing on data quality, tool development, and research assistance. It's ideal for individuals who prefer a stable and well-structured workflow while working on intellectually engaging tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Discover, validate, and clean datasets for research and production

  • Monitor production systems and analyze logs to ensure correctness

  • Support ad-hoc research and exploratory analysis tasks

  • Build internal utilities and automation tools using Python

  • Collaborate with quants and engineers to enhance research operations


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python with clean, readable code

  • Solid knowledge of Pandas and NumPy

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and code quality

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to dive deep into complex systems and workflows

  • No prior finance experience required


Nice to Have

  • Experience working in data-rich or research-driven environments

  • Background in STEM fields (Math, CS, Engineering, etc.)
