Role overview

Your core mission is to build an AI‑native product for finance professionals: people who live and breathe consolidation, reporting, budgeting and corporate control.

You won’t just define features – you’ll design how financial logic, workflows and AI decision‑support come together inside a complex corporate finance system.

Financial consolidation: your playground

The product lives in the world of group financial consolidation.

Our client needs someone who not only knows this domain, but can translate its complexity into intuitive, AI‑powered product experiences.

What you will actually do

• Design and evolve an AI‑driven product for financial consolidation and corporate reporting.

• Map real‑world finance workflows into product flows, from data ingestion to elimination rules and final reporting.

• Define and iterate on AI‑enabled features: assistance, automation, anomaly detection, smart workflows.

• Work closely with finance experts, auditors and ERP consultants to capture edge cases, constraints and best practices.

• Own the product vision, MVP scope and roadmap while keeping usability for finance teams at the center.

Key requirements

• Product profile with a strong AI and product‑management angle.

• Proven experience as a builder of AI‑enabled products (not just a user of AI tools).

• Deep financial background: consolidation, accounting, corporate finance, finance‑director or controlling‑type experience.

• Ability to explain complex financial and technical constraints clearly to both business and engineering stakeholders.

• Fintech or payments experience can be a plus, but the focus is firmly on corporate finance and consolidation.

• Native‑level English is required, given the stakeholder landscape and communication demands.
