EuropeEuropean UnionRemoteMiddle

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform setting a new standard for safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care in the United States. We combine licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver consistent, outcomes-driven treatment for conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more. MEDvidi's technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning, freeing providers to focus on patient care while improving efficiency and clinical quality.

At MEDvidi, the Experience Team (Clinical Guidance) focuses on improving how healthcare providers interact with our products and workflows. The team builds tools, automation, and AI-assisted experiences that help clinicians make better decisions, spend less time on repetitive work, and deliver higher-quality care.

Unlike pure AI infrastructure teams, we focus on how technology changes real user behavior and workflow effectiveness. We care about whether products improve decision-making, reduce friction, and create measurable impact for providers and patients.

We're hiring an AI Product Analyst to help us understand how clinicians use our products, evaluate the effectiveness of automation and AI-assisted workflows, and identify opportunities to improve provider experience through data.

You'll work closely with Product, Clinical Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams to drive product decisions through analytical evidence.

Why this role:

  • Work on products used daily by healthcare providers.

  • Help shape the future of clinician-facing AI and workflow automation.

  • Influence product strategy through data and experimentation.

  • High ownership in a fast-moving, product-driven medical tech company.

This role is not for you if:

  • You prefer highly predictable products with stable requirements.

  • You are uncomfortable working in evolving product areas where not every question has a predefined answer.

  • You want to focus exclusively on dashboard reporting rather than driving product decisions.

  • You prefer narrow analytical ownership over broad product involvement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze clinician workflows, provider-facing products, and operational processes.

  • Evaluate how healthcare professionals interact with product features, automation, and AI-assisted tools.

  • Identify friction points, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve provider experience.

  • Design and analyze product experiments and feature rollouts.

  • Build dashboards and monitoring systems to measure product performance and adoption.

  • Define and track product KPIs, operational metrics, and engagement indicators.

  • Measure the impact of product initiatives on clinician productivity, workflow efficiency, and business outcomes.

  • Support product discovery, prioritization, and strategic decision-making through data.

  • Analyze the effectiveness of automation and AI-powered features supporting clinical workflows.

  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or related analytical roles.

  • Strong SQL skills.

  • Python for analytical investigations and data exploration.

  • Experience working with product metrics, experimentation, and user behavior analysis.

  • Experience building dashboards, monitoring systems, and analytical frameworks.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence product decisions through data.

  • Ability to independently structure investigations and work in ambiguous environments.

  • Fluent Russian; English level B2 or higher.

  • Ability to work CET-overlapping hours.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in HealthTech, SaaS, or operationally complex products.

  • Experience with AI-powered products or automation initiatives.

  • Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.

  • Experience working with user journey analytics.

  • Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.

  • Experience partnering directly with Product Managers on discovery and prioritization.

What we offer

  • High-impact environment: A chance to influence products that healthcare professionals use every day.

  • Growth & compensation: Competitive compensation and clear growth opportunities.

  • Remote-first: Fully remote, long-term B2B collaboration.

  • Health & wellness: Health insurance after the probation period, plus sports & wellness compensation.

  • Career development: Career growth, including personalized English lessons via Preply.

  • Time off: 19 working days of vacation per year, 3 additional wellness days, and paid sick leave for the first 5 working days.

  • Culture: Thoughtful gifts for important life events.
