About the role

We're building one of the most interesting AI products in skincare — an AI that analyzes skin, recommends routines, and evaluates cosmetic products. Behind every recommendation is a lot of careful work: documents to review, data to check, research to summarize, and content to prepare.

Our Medical Director can't keep up with all of it alone anymore. We're looking for a detail-oriented person to take a big part of this off her plate and become her right hand.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys digging into documents and data, spotting what doesn't add up, and turning messy information into something clear and useful.

We help users choose cosmetics based on skin analysis, ingredients, scientific evidence, and their individual needs. The product includes product scanning, facial analysis, an AI assistant, and personalized skincare routines.

What you'll do

• Review documents — read through methodology docs and materials, catch contradictions, inconsistencies, and things that don't add up.

• Check data & tables — go through large spreadsheets of product and ingredient data, verify accuracy, flag errors.

• Prepare reports & summaries — turn documents and data into clear, structured summaries with findings and suggestions.

• Research — find and read studies in English, prepare short overviews, look up best practices using AI tools.

• Support the blog & content — help the Medical Director with her blog, educational materials

Who we're looking for

A background in cosmetic chemistry, dermatology, cosmetology, or a related field is a nice bonus, but it's not required. Much more important is that you're detail-obsessed, organized, and genuinely curious about skincare.

Required:

• Strong attention to detail. You notice when something's off

• Organized and reliable. You can own tasks end to end

• Comfortable working through lots of documents and data

• Genuine interest in skincare and AI

• Fluent Russian and confident English (B2+), with the ability to read scientific papers in English

• Comfortable using AI as a daily working tool

What this role is not

This is not a classic business-assistant role. You won't manage calendars, book travel, or handle admin routine. The work is about reading, checking, researching, and writing.
