AI Marketing Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled AI Marketing Designer to join our X-FLOW team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, design, generative AI and AI Automation, focused on producing high-performing visual assets at scale.

You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to create static and animated marketing creatives, and help build workflows that significantly speed up content production.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics and visual assets for the Motion Design Team.

• Optimize video and graphic assets based on ad networks technical requirements.

• Collaborate with creative producers to develop visual concepts, storyboards, and design directions.

• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

• Stay up-to-date with Ai tools and Ai automation workflows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Designer or Motion Designer, or similar role in Mobile Products.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma and Ai Tools.

• Proficiency in ComfyUI. Ability to create, adapt, and optimize custom generation pipelines and workflows.

• AI Video Generators. Hands-on experience with Kling, Veo3, Pika, Ray3 for motion creatives.

• Upscaling & Enhancement. Advanced use of Topaz Video AI and Topaz Photo AI.

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and composition.

• Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Passion for mobile games and awareness of current genre trends.

Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for layer separation, image cleanup, and removing AI-generated artifacts.

• Basic experience with rotoscoping and motion tracking to refine and clean up AI video generations.

• Experience working with platforms for automated ad creative generation and scaling.
