Now we’re looking for a Lead Product Designer (5+ years of experience) who brings together strong UX/UI expertise, a product-focused mindset, and practical experience in building MVPs with AI. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently taking an idea from concept to a working solution — including prototyping, MVP assembly, and foundational technical implementation using AI tools.

🚀Required Experience:

• Launching products or features from scratch to production

• Working in a product environment (not just outsourced design)

🚀Skills:

• Designing:

  • User flows

  • CJM (Customer Journey Map)

  • Use scenarios

• Decomposition:

  • Epics → Features → Tasks

• Working with metrics:

  • Conversion rate

  • Retention

  • DAU / MAU

• A/B testing:

  • Formulating hypotheses

  • Interpreting results

🚀Practice:

• Building and maintaining design systems

• Data-driven approach (decisions based on data, not personal taste)

Important:

• The candidate must understand why the design is made, not just how it looks.

AI / Vibe Coding

Required hands-on experience with:

• ChatGPT / Claude

• Cursor / GitHub Copilot

Skills:

• Building MVPs with AI:

  • Generating frontend / backend code

  • Assembling simple web applications

• Prompting:

  • Task definition for AI

  • Iterative improvement of results

• Debugging:

  • Finding and fixing errors using AI

• Refactoring:

  • Improving generated code

Expected level:
The candidate must be able to:

• Build a simple product (e.g., landing page + form + API integration)

• Run it locally or on a server

• Get it to a working state

Important:
Candidates who have only "used ChatGPT for ideas" are not accepted.

Execution / Delivery

Required qualities:

• Ability to deliver quickly:

  • MVP in 3–10 days

• Ability to work under conditions of:

  • No clear technical specifications

  • Constantly changing requirements

Mindset:

• Focus on results

• Ability to:

  • Make decisions independently

  • Not depend on the team

Important:
The candidate does not "wait for tasks" but drives the product forward.

Communication

🇬🇧 English: B2+ (required), C1 — a plus

Ability to:

• Communicate directly with clients

• Present solutions

• Defend design decisions

Nice to have:

• Ability to explain complex things in simple language

• Experience working in distributed teams — a plus
