Responsibilities
Your mission will be to analyze, structure, and activate customer data to:
Define and execute customer segmentations and selections for marketing campaigns (SQL / Databricks), including deduplication and data preparation
Improve and automate segmentation and campaign workflows using AI and scalable data pipelines
Generate actionable insights on customer behavior and engagement
Enable data-driven decision-making across product, marketing, and operations
Define and track key metrics for customer experience and business impact
Support use cases like personalization and campaign optimization
You will work at the intersection of data, product, and business, turning complex datasets into clarity, execution, and continuous improvement. This is your opportunity to shape the future of AI-enhanced analytics and customer activation in a real-world, purpose-driven environment.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (or similar role)
Strong SQL skills and solid Python capabilities for data analysis and transformation
Hands-on experience with Databricks and modern data platforms (e.g. AWS-based environments)
Strong experience with Power BI for building dashboards and communicating insights
Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and derive actionable insights
Experience with customer or product analytics (e.g. funnels, cohorts, segmentation)
Familiarity with event-based data models and tracking concepts
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Cursor and Microsoft Copilot to enhance analytical workflows
Strong analytical thinking paired with business understanding
Curiosity and drive to explore new tools, methods, and questions
Agile mindset, fluent in English, strong ownership
