Kodland is an international online school of digital skills for children and teenagers from 5 to 17 years old. We teach programming, digital creativity and basic computer knowledge.

What you are going to do:

• Automate payroll calculations across different contract types, currencies and payment arrangements, with reliable checks built into the process.

• Improve how payroll-related questions are handled by connecting employee requests with the information HR and Finance need to resolve them.

• Bring data from different teams and tools into a consistent workflow, reducing manual transfers between systems and spreadsheets.

• Build, deploy and maintain the forms, bots, integrations and small web tools that support these processes.

• Test solutions with real users and data, then improve them based on feedback.

What we expect from you

• Experience building, deploying and maintaining small web apps or services, such as forms, bots and dashboards.

• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining workflows in n8n or Make.

• Practical experience with LLM APIs: prompting, tool calling, structured output and validating results.

• Confidence working with REST APIs, webhooks and Slack or Telegram bots.

• The ability to take ownership of a project: work directly with HR to understand the process, agree on requirements, arrange access and test the solution, while keeping the CTO updated on progress and risks.

• A careful approach to financial data, including reconciliations and test runs, and sound judgment about where LLMs are useful and where calculations need fixed rules.

• Experience automating workflows in Google Workspace, particularly with Apps Script or Google Sheets.
