AI Content Strategist / Producer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Content Strategist / Producer to join our Marketing team and help us discover and validate new content directions before they go into full-scale production.

You’ll work at the intersection of content, marketing, AI, and series production — identifying promising ideas, turning them into testable hypotheses, prototyping them with AI, and using marketing experiments to understand what audiences actually respond to.

Your main responsibilities:

• Research short-drama trends, audience preferences, and emerging content opportunities.

• Turn ideas and market insights into testable hypotheses and work with UA to validate them through fast marketing experiments.

• Create AI-powered prototypes such as posters, characters, short videos, and scenes to test content ideas quickly.

• Analyze test results and turn them into actionable insights for Series and Creative Production.

• Document learnings and help build a systematic approach to early-stage content validation.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong content taste and a producer mindset, with the ability to recognize the potential in an idea and understand what makes a strong series concept.

• An experimental mindset and the ability to turn ideas into hypotheses and find fast, simple, and cost-effective ways to validate them.

• A good understanding of creative testing, key marketing metrics, and the UA funnel.

• Confidence with modern AI tools for creating and prototyping images, videos, characters, and scenes, as well as building efficient AI workflows.

• Strong ownership, speed, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across Marketing, UA, Creative Production, and Series Production
