AI & Automation Project Manager

At Amitours, we develop both internal AI products and AI products aimed at our customers. The team runs a wide range of initiatives around automation and AI, and our overarching goal is to automate everything that can reasonably be automated and embed AI wherever it adds real value.
We are seeking an AI & Automation Project Manager to join the Marketing team, who will work directly with stakeholders, gather requirements from them, figure out how to embed automation and AI into existing business processes, and drive delivery all the way through to release.

Location: Remote, from any part of the world (excluding sanctioned countries)


Responsibilities

• Work directly with stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption.

• Translate business needs into clear technical briefs and Asana tasks for the development team.

• Run projects end-to-end: scope, timelines, prioritization, status updates, and stakeholder communication.

• Independently prototype and build smaller AI/automation solutions using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, n8n, API integrations, and lightweight scripting.

• Document processes, decisions, and product behavior; keep the knowledge base up to date.

• Coordinate releases and perform testing.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Project or Product Manager.

• Ability to write clear technical briefs and break ambiguous problems down into concrete, actionable steps.

• Daily, hands-on use of modern AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor.

• Experience with automation platforms (n8n).

• Understanding of CRM system architecture is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and (Russian will be a plus).

Other Important Considerations for this role

• Strong ownership. The role has a wide scope and limited supervision — we need someone who closes loops on their own, without reminders.

• Builder energy. Given an ambiguous task, prototypes something working within a day instead of waiting for a full specification.

• Comfort with ambiguity. Many of our initiatives are first-of-their-kind for us — the person should be OK with shifting priorities, incomplete information, and frequent iteration.

• AI-native mindset. Already lives in AI tools daily and instinctively reaches for them when solving any problem — writing, coding, researching, analyzing. This is critical.
