AI Automation Lead (Agentic Ops)

We're looking for an AI Automation Lead to own and scale our agentic automation systems. You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that remove manual work, reduce errors, and increase speed across the business.

Overgear automates 70%+ of delivery — and we want to push further. You'll work at the intersection of AI, ops, and product to make our systems smarter and faster.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic automation roadmap end-to-end

• Design and ship AI-powered workflows (LLM agents, decision engines, automated QA)

• Collaborate with engineering, ops, and product to identify automation opportunities

• Measure and improve automation coverage, accuracy, and speed

• Build monitoring and alerting for automated systems

Requirements

• 3+ years building automation or AI/ML systems in production

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks

• Strong engineering fundamentals (Python, APIs, data pipelines)

• Track record of shipping systems that measurably reduced manual work

• Ownership mindset — you drive outcomes, not just tasks

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace businesses

• Familiarity with gaming industry

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools
