Affiliate Partnerships Manager

Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into Telegram’s interface. Backed by The Open Platform, Wallet in Telegram gained 100M+ user accounts in 2024, and aims to make its solution available to all 1BN+ of Telegram’s users. Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).

Wallet has grown organically, carried by its distribution inside Telegram. We're now building affiliate partnerships into a scalable acquisition channel. As Affiliate Partnerships Manager, you'll own outbound: finding creators, trading communities and distribution partners, signing them, and getting them live.

Responsibilities:

• Own outbound affiliate acquisition end to end — sourcing, outreach, qualification, negotiation, and driving partners to first publication.

• Build a pipeline of creators, trading communities and crypto distribution partners across our target markets.

• Qualify on audience quality, market relevance and revenue potential — raise the quality of the mix, not just the volume.

• Sell the revenue-share model and close on it: compete against exchanges advertising higher headline rates by selling what a partner actually earns, and move creators off fixed-fee expectations.

• Pre-screen KYC and geography so candidates reach compliance clean.

• Develop top partners into ambassadors who source affiliates themselves.

• Research each new market before we spend: competitor terms, local expectations, what incentive it takes to win.

• Keep CRM the single source of truth and report how the pipeline converts.

• Work with paid campaigns, account management and compliance to launch partnerships and clear blockers.

Requirements:

• Experience in affiliate partnerships, BD or performance partnerships — ideally at a crypto exchange, trading platform or fintech.

• Proven outbound closer: high-volume cold sourcing, direct to creator rather than through agencies, comfortable with a long cycle and a lot of no's.

• Deep grasp of affiliate economics — RevShare, CPA and hybrid deals, sub-affiliate structures, incentives, attribution and ROI — including how the fee a payout applies to changes what a partner earns.

• Able to negotiate against better-looking headline terms and hold a position rather than discount to close.

• Crypto-native: you know the exchange affiliate landscape, Telegram trading communities and how creators monetise here.

• Experience launching in CIS, West Asia, and Central Asia markets, or a proven track record of entering unfamiliar markets from scratch.

• Hands-on with CRM and affiliate tracking; disciplined about pipeline hygiene.

• An existing network of crypto creators is a strong plus.

• Upper-intermediate English or higher; additional languages are a plus.
