Affiliate Manager (Limassol)

We are Inktech, an international IT company based in Cyprus. We build products, grow traffic, and care about results. Right now, we’re looking for an Affiliate Manager who knows how to communicate, work with numbers, and scale an affiliate program.

Requirements

• Proactive and energetic person, who loves communicating with people and knows how to do it;

• Upper-Intermediate English level;

• Person with a proactive approach to life;

• Having an eye in affiliate market will be a plus;

• The ability to always be in touch;

• Having experience in an Affiliate Manager position in affiliate CPA networks or a marketing agency will be your undoubted advantage, but it is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Communicating with partners;

• Optimizing and monitoring the quality of partners' work (requesting regular reports from the advertiser and recommendations to sites);

• Attracting new partners;

• Data analysis, increasing the efficiency of affiliate traffic;

• Drafting media plans and budget planning.

Desirable

• Experience working with AI-driven products or tools;

• Interest in AI technologies and their practical use.
