The Role

You live and breathe how to get the most out of an Ad setup. You see it as a challenge to constantly beat the networks.

Metica is hiring a hands-on individual contributor to improve monetisation in our owned mobile games, and turn proven learnings into product capability. This is an IC role – not management, not ad-sales/partnerships, and not pure strategy or advisory. You'll be hands-on in live games, in the data, changing configuration, and learning fast.

You Will

• Find and test monetisation opportunities in live games.
• Work directly in MAX, LevelPlay, AdMob, and ad-network dashboards.
• Optimise ad calls, bidding/waterfalls, floors, frequency, placements, rewards, and network mix.
• Run controlled experiments with revenue, retention, and LTV guardrails.
• Work closely with game engineers, data science, and the Core Product team.
• Document what works, what doesn't, and what should become reusable product.

You Need

• Hands-on experience owning ad monetisation in live mobile F2P games.
• Strong knowledge of mediation, bidding, waterfalls, eCPM, fill, latency, and pricing.
• Good instincts for game economy, ad experience, IAP conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills.
• A bias to get into the data, change configuration, and learn quickly.
