We are looking for a hands-on Accountant/Financial Controller to own end-to-end accounting, ensure tax compliance, and help shape the financial function of our growing international business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting in Xero for the US company.

• Coordinate and control US tax filings with external US CPA. and monitor international tax obligations (VAT, Sales Tax, Transfer Pricing).

• Prepare management and financial reports under US GAAP/IFRS.

• Drive process improvements and contribute to accounting strategy.

We expect you to have:

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting/tax.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP; understanding of international tax is a must.

• Hands-on experience with Xero or similar software.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+).

• Based in Cyprus (we assist with BCS work permits).
