About the role

We are looking for a Junior Account & Implementation Manager to help onboard new clients into the MySky software suite and support existing customers.

What you'll do

• Onboard new clients – manage the full setup and implementation process

• Run online training sessions for clients

• Answer client questions via phone, email, and calls

• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to IT or Analytics

• Help clients improve their ROI and product usage

• Collect client feedback and suggest product improvements

• Create and update support documentation and manuals

• Prepare reports and track client progress

• Work closely with Sales and Product teams

What we need from you

• English – fluent (C2)

• 1–3 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role

• Comfortable making calls and running online meetings

• Good with MS Office: Excel (Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint

• Strong documentation skills (manuals, guides)

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently

• Willing to dive deep into our product and learn quickly

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, logistics, or transportation

• Background in a software company

• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
