2D / 3D Artist

To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a 2D/3D Artist.

What you will be doing:

• Developing the visual style of projects (Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, Puzzle);
• Creating 2D and 3D game assets (environment, objects, characters, UI elements);
• Designing game graphic elements, interfaces, app icons;
• Preparing and integrating visual content into Unity;
• Participating in game prototyping and quickly creating visual concepts for testing;
• Creating promotional materials (app icons, screenshots, ad creatives);
• Optimizing graphics for mobile platforms;
• Using AI tools to speed up the creation of graphic content;
• Collaborating closely with the development team and contributing to finding effective visual solutions.

What we’re looking for in a candidate:

• Good sense of composition, shape, color, light, and volume;
• Ability to generate ideas, propose visual solutions, and carry them through to final implementation;
• Experience creating game UI and a solid understanding of UX principles;
• Experience with 2D animation and integrating visual assets into Unity;
• Understanding of mobile platform limitations and principles of graphic optimization;
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and other graphic design and prototyping tools;
• Proficiency with Unity, including the integration and customization of graphical content;
• Good understanding of the mobile gaming market, current visual trends, and industry best practices;
• Experience creating ad creatives for mobile games will be a plus;
• Experience using AI tools for creating and optimizing visual content;
• Up-to-date portfolio showcasing relevant work;
• Experience in game development;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Willingness to both give and receive constructive feedback.
