Web3 Content Marketing Lead
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Lead (Web3) to own and scale our content strategy across channels, ensuring Mercuryo is seen as a leading voice in crypto payments, wallets, and Web3 infrastructure. This role combines storytelling, thought leadership, and data-driven distribution to engage partners, ecosystems, and the broader Web3 community.
You’ll lead the creation and execution of our content roadmap—spanning blogs, newsletters, social media, events, and partner co-marketing—while collaborating closely with product, sales, and design teams.
Your Role:
Content Strategy & Execution
Define and drive Mercuryo’s B2B content strategy, with a focus on Web3 infrastructure, payments, and ecosystem thought leadership.
Own and manage editorial calendar across blog, social media, newsletter and email.
Implement SEO tactics to ensure Mercuryo content ranks in traditional SEO as well as AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity).
Content Creation & Distribution
Write article outlines and edit long-form blog articles, newsletters, and explainers.
Lead development of short-form content (social posts, recaps, market insights).
Repurpose event coverage, research findings, and product updates into engaging multi-channel stories.
Produce and edit long-form blog articles, newsletters, and explainers.
Create a specific calendar for event coverage, including live social updates on attendee presence, speaking slots, and key highlights.
Collaborate with design team to provide copy for offline and online materials (brochures, event stands, landing pages, ads).
Manage Mercuryo’s social media channels and SMM strategy — ensuring consistent messaging, timely posting, and community engagement.
Edit marketing materials to ensure consistency with Mercuryo’s tone of voice (TOV) and business goals.
Performance & Optimization
Track performance of content campaigns (traffic, engagement, conversions, and qualitative signals).
Experiment with new formats (podcasts, video shorts, explainers) to extend reach, when applicable.
Continuously refine tone of voice and content frameworks to match Web3 audiences.
Collaboration
Work with design team to bring content to life visually.
Support executives with ghostwritten LinkedIn posts, and event presence.
What We’re Looking For:
4–6 years of experience in content marketing or editorial, ideally in fintech, Web3, or SaaS.
Strong track record of creating content that resonates with B2B and Web3-native audiences.
Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to adapt tone across blog, newsletter, PR, and social.
Experience with SEO, AEO (AI Engine Optimization), and content analytics.
Familiarity with crypto/Web3 ecosystems (wallets, stablecoins, DeFi, exchanges).
Ability to manage projects independently and work across multiple stakeholders.
Bonus: experience in event coverage, thought leadership reports, or co-marketing campaigns.
