Description

• Maintain personal relationships with VIP players (WhatsApp, Telegram, email).

• Build the VIP journey: from the first deposit to VIP level, including Pre-VIP Growth.

• Work with predictive analytics (churn, LTV, loss, win triggers).

• Manage bonuses: issuing, ROI control, development of personalized schemes.

• Provide personal support to top-tier players.

• Contribute to the development of casino retention and loyalty policies.

• Managerial function — team building, KPI management, roadmap creation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming.

• Proven track record in managing high-value players (€10k+/month).

• Ability to work with triggers: win/loss, churn, LTV growth.

• Fluent English; a second language is a plus (DE, IT).

• Experience with Telegram, WhatsApp, Customer.io.

• Ability to offer bonuses that return GGR rather than “drain” it.

• Stress resistance, emotional intelligence, and a sense of humor.

• Understanding of offshore model, confidentiality, and high-level service standards.
