Requirements

• Experience: 1 year

• ABAP - 1 year

• Experience in Marketing - will be a plus

• English - Upper Intermediate

• Russian - Advanced

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing CRM strategies;

• Usage of CRM tools to create audience segments to target relevant cohorts with appropriate campaigns;

• Preparing a technical task for designer and copywriter;

• A/B Testing on various campaigns to establish the most effective;

• Ensuring all email campaigns comply with the best current email practices in the industry;

• Tracking and reporting on campaigns in order to guide improvements;

• Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making improvement recommendations;

• Analysis and monitoring of the main KPIs and CRM actions;.

• Experience and knowledge working with email automation tools, track record of successful execution of email marketing campaigns, experience building omnichannel marketing campaigns;

• Knowledge of analytical tools, including Google Analytics. Ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues;

• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English;

• Work experience with chatbots would be highly appreciated;

• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS;

• Responsibility for running end-to-end projects as required.
