VIP account manager

Tasks:

1. Interaction with VIP clients in several languages ​​(English + Spanish/German/Portuguese) via various communication channels;
2. Maintaining a database of 200-300 clients (active/inactive);
3. Retention and reactivation of clients;
4. Personalized high-level support;
5. Promotion of bonuses and various company products;
6. Reporting and analysis of client activity.

Requirements:

1. Experience working with VIP clients in iGaming or related fields (required);
2. Fluent English (oral and written).
3. Native or fluent in one of the following languages: Spanish, German, Portuguese
4. Excellent communication skills, customer focus.
5. Ability to effectively manage a large client portfolio.
6. Proactivity, stress resistance, responsibility.
7. Sales, negotiation, product presentation skills.
8. Experience with CRM systems, messengers, email tools.
9. Readiness for a flexible schedule and work on holidays.
