User acquisition manager (Meta)

What you are going to do:

  • Set up and run campaigns on Facebook Ads, drive conversions rapidly at optimal costs per acquisition.

  • Fulfill regional user acquisition plans, manage expectations of business stakeholders, - Maintain reports, budgets, provide insights.

  • Develop analytical tools for better marketing campaigns measurement.

  • Cooperate with designers and copywriters to set up creative-first approach.

  • Cooperate with product managers to improve conversion rates across all digital assets.

  • Test new user acquisition funnels and promotion products.

What we expect from you

  • Exceptional Facebook Ads skills, other paid channels would be a plus.

  • Background in Marketing Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven marketing.

  • Advanced experience with analytical tools.

  • Developed communication skills.

  • English level at least B1.

  • Strong proven track record for managing hundreds of thousands in ad spend.

Not a Requirement, But an Advantage

  • Experience with international markets, understanding of the specifics of working with a particular region.

  • Experience working with audience segments.
