User acquisition manager (Meta)
What you are going to do:
Set up and run campaigns on Facebook Ads, drive conversions rapidly at optimal costs per acquisition.
Fulfill regional user acquisition plans, manage expectations of business stakeholders, - Maintain reports, budgets, provide insights.
Develop analytical tools for better marketing campaigns measurement.
Cooperate with designers and copywriters to set up creative-first approach.
Cooperate with product managers to improve conversion rates across all digital assets.
Test new user acquisition funnels and promotion products.
What we expect from you
Exceptional Facebook Ads skills, other paid channels would be a plus.
Background in Marketing Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
Advanced experience with analytical tools.
Developed communication skills.
English level at least B1.
Strong proven track record for managing hundreds of thousands in ad spend.
Not a Requirement, But an Advantage
Experience with international markets, understanding of the specifics of working with a particular region.
Experience working with audience segments.
