UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and scalable experiences across dashboards and applications. The role focuses on creating user-centered solutions that support complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and responsive app experiences. The designer will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Stakeholders, and will be part of the wider UI/UX Department, following shared design principles, systems, and standards.  

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Design end-to-end UI/UX solutions for dashboards and applications (web & responsive) 

• Translate product and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI 

• Design data-driven interfaces such as dashboards, performance views, and management tools 

• Ensure usability, clarity, and consistency across complex user journeys 

• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers throughout the design process 

• Maintain and evolve components within the company’s design system 

• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights 

• Perform any other tasks, as assigned by the Manager 

Main requirements:

• University degree in UI/UX design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or an equivalent degree 

• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design 

• Experience designing dashboards, apps, or data-heavy products 

• Strong knowledge of Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems) 

• Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design 

• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team 

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English 

• Experience in fintech, trading, marketing platforms, or SaaS is a plus
