What You’ll Do

• Discover and handle documentation gaps from community and customer feedback

• Quickly understand new features and the demand behind them

• Author user guides, blog articles, draft workflow schemas etc.

• Dive into the product: set up test projects, identify gaps, and document pain points

• Maintain and improve internal knowledge bases

• Collaborate with developers, contributors and product team to keep documentation relevant

• We follow a docs-as-code approach (Markdown + GitHub)

• AI is a key tool in content creation and translation

• We value speed, clarity, and a conversational tone over perfect grammar

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of experience in technical writing, development, or testing

• You prefer action over endless editing and are comfortable iterating on drafts

• You can see end to end user workflow behind features and specifications

• You’re comfortable working with code samples and testing tools

• You enjoy engaging with the open-source community and speaking their language

Bonus Points

• You know Git and version control basics

• You know some scripting or have QA background

• You’re comfortable experimenting with new tools and technologies
