Technical Project Manager (Card Technology)

• Location: Manila, Philippines

• Remote work is possible, preferred time zones GMT+4 to GMT+10

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join the team responsible for Card Technology. The role involves all project management activities - from integrations and design preparation to deadline control and resource allocation. To ensure proper coordination, focus, and timely execution of the projects - including the launch of debit cards, integration with VTS, integration with Open Factory, the rollout of ATMs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Card Technology projects from start to delivery

• Coordinate business and technical teams on requirements, timelines, and risks

• Support and structure the process of gathering business requirements

• Work with vendors on integrations, testing plans, and issue resolution

• Communicate with the Local team on daily operational and technical topics

• Track project scope, dependencies, and timelines

• Prepare status updates and manage expectations of internal stakeholders

• Ensure smooth delivery and proper handover to operations/tech teams

Requirements:

• English level B2+

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager

• Ability to manage several parallel projects

• Proactive and can handle tasks independently

• Experience working with external vendors and handling escalations

• Experience working with distributed teams

• Strong stakeholder and scope management skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in card processing, payment schemes, or integrations (API, batch files, webhooks)

• Basic understanding of card lifecycle, authorization/clearing flows is a plus
