Technical Product Manager (IAM)

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our IAM platform the core identity and access layer across all products. This is a strategic role focused on building a secure, seamless, and regulation-compliant experience for users managing their digital identity and access across our ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the IAM product strategy as a core platform serving the entire company

• Own end-to-end product delivery: from hypothesis to release and post-launch analysis

• Prioritize initiatives, balancing user experience, security, and compliance

• Define key product metrics and align roadmap with company-wide objectives

• Manage backlog and stakeholder expectations

• Prepare PRDs and Discovery artifacts; collaborate on architecture, UX, analytics

• Drive IAM integrations with all major EMCD services and products

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in technical, infrastructure, or platform domains (security, fintech, data, authentication)

• Deep understanding of IAM principles, SSO, 2FA, token management, KYC/AML, and RBAC

• Strong command of product metrics: conversion, activation, retention, fraud rate, time-to-verify

• Experience working with user funnels and behavioral data

• Proven discovery skills: hypothesis validation, prioritization, and roadmap creation for complex B2B/B2C solutions
