Talent & Performance Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Talent & Performance Manager to strengthen our culture of high performance, transparency, and growth.
Your mission — build a system where everyone clearly understands their goals, impact, and opportunities for development.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the full Performance Management cycle — from goal-setting to reviews, feedback, and development.

  • Lead and improve the bi-annual performance review process: methodology, communications, calibration, outcomes.

  • Design and update grades, roles, and competencies, ensuring transparent career paths.

  • Build and maintain the PDP framework, integrated into performance and mobility processes.

  • Support goal-setting and OKRs, helping teams define and track goals.

  • Analyze performance and potential to support talent reviews, succession, and internal mobility.

  • Advise leaders on performance, development, and feedback practices.

  • Collaborate with HR on L&D, compensation, onboarding, and engagement.


What Success Looks Like

  • Reviews are on time and actually drive growth.

  • Clear roles, levels, and promotion paths exist and are understood.

  • Employees own their development plans and see progress.

  • Managers set meaningful goals and give actionable feedback.

  • Performance data informs development, compensation, and mobility.

  • HR is seen as a strategic partner, not a process owner.


Requirements

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years in HR, including 2+ years in Performance Management, Talent Development, or HRBP.

  • Experience designing and running Performance / 360 / OKR cycles.

  • Strong understanding of grading, competencies, and career frameworks.

  • HR analytics skills — turning insights into action.

  • Experience facilitating manager sessions and calibrations.

  • English: B2+

Nice to Have

  • Experience with OKR or performance management platforms.

  • Knowledge of Comp & Ben and linking performance to rewards.

  • Background in international or fast-growing product companies.
