Talent Partner
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Talent Partner (Lead / Senior) who will play a key role in shaping our hiring processes, building strong partnerships with the business, and attracting top-tier talent across multiple domains. This is not just a recruiter role - we’re looking for a true talent advisor and business partner.
Requirements & Professional competencies:
5+ years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years in a lead or team lead role.
Proven track record in building or scaling recruitment processes in fast-growing or large organizations (100+ employees).
Experience acting as a trusted business partner with deep understanding of organizational needs and growth strategies. Ability to build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and top management, serving as a strategic advisor on hiring and talent market trends.
Hands-on experience hiring for a broad range of roles:
Technical (developers, engineers)
Business functions (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.) - mandatory.
Active participation in professional communities (conferences, meetups, industry groups).
Well-developed professional network in fintech, crypto, and iGaming sectors.
Strong skills in direct sourcing and headhunting, including outreach to rare and highly specialized talent through networking and advanced sourcing methods.
Ability to manage multiple strategic roles simultaneously, ensuring high-quality stakeholder engagement.
Deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle:
Strategic planning and requirements gathering
Funnel analytics and optimization
Improving candidate experience
Proficiency with modern ATS tools (e.g., BambooHR, TeamTailor) and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) for precise, targeted talent acquisition.
Personal Qualities & Approach:
Proven portfolio of successful projects, such as:
Recruitment process optimization
Launching referral programs
Building new recruitment functions
Redesigning the candidate journey
Autonomous and proactive: able to propose solutions, implement them, and take ownership of results.
Strong soft skills: openness to feedback, analytical mindset, ability to clearly communicate ideas and influence stakeholders.
High standard of communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, without rigid guidelines.
Willingness to travel, attend industry conferences, and actively grow professional networks.
