Talent Acquisition Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Lead of Recruitment. Our company operates in international markets and brings together strong professionals from different countries. Now we are looking for a leader who can build effective recruitment processes and manage a distributed team of recruiters.

Requirements

• Experience in mass hiring, preferably in contact center;

• Background in international recruitment;

• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is essential;

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and the ability to utilize them for performance evaluation;

• Сollaborative team player with the flexibility to support the team across various tasks;

• Experience in developing recruitment policies and procedures;

• Exceptional work ethic with a sense of urgency.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the workload of the recruitment team, ensuring effective task prioritization;

• Design and implement key metrics to assess the efficiency of recruitment practices;

• Ensure quality control across all recruitment activities and policies;

• Monitor adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and standards at all organizational levels;

• Develop programs to attract and select talent aligned with the organization’s business requirements;

• Analyze data from applicant tracking systems, post-interview, post-hire surveys, and other feedback channels to propose improvements;

• Provide ongoing training and share best practices with the recruitment team;

• Collaborate with Freelancers and Agencies to streamline recruitment processes;

• Stay informed about external developments that may impact the organization and propose solutions;
