Systems Administration Manager (50% Hands-On)

About us: Software company with fintech/crypto custody stack, cloud apps, and lean bare-metal infra. Seeking senior Linux/infra admin to lead team and processes while staying hands-on. 

What you’ll do:

• Lead small team: Coach 2–3 IT Support and 2–3 SysAdmins; set standards, 1:1s, career guidance.

• Hands-on 50%: Troubleshoot Linux/networks, upgrade clusters, tune storage/virtualization.

• Core infra: Linux fleets, KVM/Proxmox/VMware, ZFS/NAS, backups; office networks, VLANs, VPN/WireGuard, DNS/DHCP, firewalls; SSO/MFA/RBAC, JML automation.

• Cloud/IAM guardrails; DevOps partnership; ISO 27001/SOC 2 compliance; EDR/security; incident response/RCAs.

What you’ll bring:

• 6–10 years sysadmin with deep Linux/clusters; virtualization, storage, networking expertise.

• Cloud IAM (AWS/GCP/Azure); MDM/SSO/MFA; Bash/Python/Ansible automation; documentation, mentoring experience.

Nice to have: Vault/PKI, Proxmox scale, Cloudflare, audits (ISO/SOC/CySEC), K8s basics.
