System Analyst (Core)

We’re looking for a skilled System Analyst to join our team and help us build and maintain an efficient Decision Making System. If you're experienced in system integrations, BPMN modeling, and working across ERP, CRM, and API platforms — and enjoy turning business needs into smart tech solutions — we’d love to connect.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows
Design and configure system solutions for the Decision Making System platform to align with business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations
Model business processes using BPMN notation to ensure efficient system and workflow design
Identify system improvements and optimize workflows within the existing flows
Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, data models, integration plans, and BPMN diagrams
Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving system-related problems
Work closely with developers to support the development and deployment of system solutions
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users
Ensure system stability and performance by identifying issues and recommending solutions
Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices colaborating with technical team
Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between DMS/CIF and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party APIs)
Analyze integration requirements, define data flows, and manage data mapping for seamless integration across platforms
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or a similar role
Advanced SQL skills
Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party APIs)
Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling and process optimization
Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, data models, integration plans, BPMN diagrams, and technical workflows
Experience with data mapping, API integrations, and integration testing
Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving integration and system issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams
Analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex technical problems
Hands-on experience with the Camunda or other BPMN platforms is preferred
