System analyst

What you'll be doing:

1. Analyze and design integrations with payment systems (banks, processing centers, payment gateways, crypto payments, etc.).
2. Gather and formalize business requirements for payment solutions.
3. Develop technical specifications, API documentation, and interaction diagrams.
4. Test integrations, identify and fix errors.
5. Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and external partners.
6. Monitor payment systems’ performance, analyze incidents, and optimize processes.
7. Research new technologies and standards in the field of payments (PSP, PCI DSS, SEPA, PSD2, etc.).

We expect you to:

1. 2+ years of experience as a system/business analyst, including payment system integrations.
2. Knowledge of protocols and formats (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML, ISO 8583, SWIFT, Webhooks).
3. Understanding of transaction processing (authorization, clearing, reconciliation).
4. Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and analytical tools (JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Swagger).
5. English – Upper-Intermediate or higher (reading technical documentation, communication with international partners).
6. Knowledge of fintech, blockchain, AML/KYC processes.
