Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

Document Management

• Creating and editing document templates in APITemplate.

• Supporting integrations and connections between APITemplate, DocuSign и Airtable (in the future — HiBob).

• Monitoring document generation and sending processes, troubleshooting errors during failures.

Setting Up Mailings and Notifications

• Developing and designing email notification templates (Email, Teams, Slack).

• Configuring automatic message sending with data mapping from internal systems.

• Diagnosing and fixing delivery errors for notifications.

Support for Secondary Automations

• Monitoring the correctness of data transfer between systems (HiBob, Airtable, internal databases).

• Fixing typical errors related to data mapping, updates, and synchronization.

Access Management

• Processing requests for granting and revoking access to corporate systems.

• Configuring user permissions in internal tools.

• Coordinating access with responsible departments.

Support for Operational Databases

• Making corrections and updating records upon request.

• Ensuring data integrity and synchronization with other sources.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of the principles of low-code automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, others) Understanding of the basics of relational databases, ability to write simple SQL queries (DML, DDL) Understanding of REST API operations — integrations, requests, data mapping Minimal knowledge of JavaScript/Python (conditional operators, functions, working with objects and arrays) Understanding of the structure and syntax of JSON, XML formats Basic skills in working with HTML — ability to navigate the markup Nice to have: Experience with Airtable Knowledge of HiBob or other HR systems Basic skills in building internal interfaces and admin panels in Retool Experience with Jira, Confluence
