SMM Manager (Junior+)

We’re growing and looking for a Junior+ Social Media Manager to help us build and manage our online presence — both for our clients and for Rattlesnake itself. If you love crafting content, staying ahead of trends, and bringing brands to life through social media, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow clients’ social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Develop content calendars and posting schedules

• Write clear, engaging, on-brand captions in English

• Prepare advertising creatives — texts, banners, posts

• Create visuals for posts and stories using Figma (or Canva)

• Track trends and communities, proposing fresh, relevant content ideas

• Respond to messages and comments, moderate community interactions

• Contribute to shaping each brand’s tone of voice

• Boost brand reputation on platforms like Reddit and other communities

• Use AI tools to generate captions, videos, and other content efficiently

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

• Understanding of content marketing and community management basics

• Experience navigating LinkedIn and other professional/social platforms

• Ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Knowledge of Notion and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later)

• Knowledge of Figma and/or Canva for content creation

• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation

Nice to Have

• Experience working with tech, law, or digital product brands

• A strong visual eye and understanding of branding

• Experience with short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and ad tools

• Creative and initiative-driven, ready to propose new content formats
