We’re looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. You’ll take full ownership of developing and executing our social media strategy, building a loyal brand community, and driving creator engagement across Telegram and beyond. Your work will directly shape Tribute’s presence and influence among content creators worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a creator-focused social media strategy.• Curate Tribute's existing social media accounts and introduce new channels and tools to build a loyal community.

• Generate engaging topics and content formats, create structured content plans.

• Produce and implement special content projects for holidays, events, launches, and other key occasions (videos, podcasts, gamified content, etc.).

• Write and publish social media content in both Russian and English.

• Assign tasks to designers, video editors, copywriters, and contractors, while creating simple visuals in Figma and editing basic videos when needed.

• Boost follower growth across platforms, engage in conversations, and manage community interactions.

• Participate in promotional activities.

• Track performance and propose improvements to increase engagement rates.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Telegram, as it will be the primary platform.

• Understanding of other major platforms (YouTube, X, etc.) and their content formats.

• Proven track record of producing and launching content projects on social media.

• Creative mindset and trend awareness with strong SMM and copywriting skills, backed by a portfolio.

• Basic knowledge of Figma and video editing software. Willingness to appear on camera is a plus.

• Knowledge of promotion tools and ability to set up ad campaigns.

• Self-management skills — this is not an entry-level role.

• Willingness to dive into the product and understand technical aspects.

Nice to Have:

• Strong written English skills (B2+).

• Experience managing an SMM team.

• Familiarity with AI tools for SMM and experience applying them in content creation.

• Experience working with bloggers or creators.
