SEO Specialist

📍Location: Poland, Latvia, Serbia, or Hungary

SPH Engineering is an international product company developing software and integration solutions for unmanned aerial vehicles. We are currently looking for an SEO Specialist to join the marketing team and help strengthen the company’s presence across search engines and AI channels, increase organic traffic, and generate more high-quality leads from global markets.

What you will do:

— build and execute SEO and GEO strategies for global markets

— grow organic traffic and lead generation from Google / Bing / AI search

— conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

— manage both technical SEO and content SEO

— perform SEO audits, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize tasks

— work on indexing, crawl errors, structured data, site speed, and other technical SEO issues

— support the product marketing team with SEO content guidance: topics, keywords, structure, requirements, and final quality review

— develop the GEO / AI search direction across platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and others

— generate new growth hypotheses, test them, and drive them through to results

— collaborate closely with developers, marketing, PR, and analytics teams

— regularly review performance metrics, draw insights, and suggest further improvements

What is important for us:

— 3+ years of SEO experience in an IT / tech company

— in-house experience only; no agency or freelance background

— strong expertise in both technical SEO and content SEO

— experience working with international markets: Europe + the US / North America

— understanding of multi-regional / multilingual SEO

— experience with GEO, whether through testing hypotheses, contributing to strategy, or hands-on work with AI search

— confident use of tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog

— good working level of English

— strong communication skills and the ability to align with different teams and move initiatives forward — this is critical
