We're looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Facebook). We need someone who takes ownership of results and is ready to develop and execute strategies that drive growth. The primary focus right now is Invoices Maker (web/iOS), but you'll also own UA across all company products.
Responsibilities:
Manage ad campaigns for all our products (mobile/web) on Facebook, track performance against KPIs and budget plans
Research, test ad copy and creatives, and monitor metrics
Use AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms
Prepare detailed reports with insights, recommendations, and campaign takeaways
Stay on top of industry trends and adapt acquisition strategies to stay competitive
Analyze the full funnel, propose ideas for optimization and improvement
What we expect:
4+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook and other ad channels (Microsoft Ads, etc.)
Experience with Tier-1 markets (primarily US and Europe)
Experience with subscription-based monetization (web/mobile apps)
Proven track record managing large advertising budgets
Strong ability to work with large datasets and conduct deep performance analysis
Experience with tracking and analytics tools (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, etc.)
English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (B1+)
