Senior Tech Recruiter
Location: Remote – open to candidates based in the CIS region.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to our technology and product leaders, driving end-to-end recruitment for a variety of technical roles across engineering, data, product, and IT. You’ll play a key role in shaping our hiring strategies, building strong pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience, while promoting our employer brand in the tech community.
What you will be doing:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Engineering, Data, Product, IT, Security, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and design effective hiring processes.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong technical and cultural fit.
Drive data-driven recruitment decisions by tracking hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline diversity, candidate experience, etc.).
Advise hiring managers on market trends, competitive intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all stages of the hiring process.
Enhance candidate experience and employer branding initiatives, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values.
Mentor junior recruiters and share expertise on tech recruitment strategies.
Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally in both agency and in-house environments. Experience in a tech start-up environment is a plus.
Strong track record of successfully hiring for engineering, product, and data roles across different seniority levels.
Deep understanding of technical roles, skills and recruitment tools/platforms (Linkedin Recruiter, sourcing tools, job boards, etc).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
