Senior Systems Analyst

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will join the Car Market team to build cutting-edge features for our insurance product line and support existing functionality. The QIC Car Market team creates a seamless platform for buying and selling cars, focusing on trust, accessibility, and efficient dealer and transaction management to support market growth and new QIC businesses.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders for various platforms (iOS, Android, Web)

• Breaking down tasks from the Product Owner into specific and understandable items for implementation

• Designing solutions for automating business processes, considering the features of different platforms (iOS, Android, Web)

• Defining tasks for backend, frontend, and third-party systems integration, including functional descriptions, interface specifications, API methods, and other documentation

• Collaborating with development teams, QA, product design, product analytics, Security Engineer, and business users to align requirements and adapt solutions

• Conducting feature presentations for stakeholders and incorporating feedback to improve the product

• Conducting acceptance testing of APIs for backend and integrated systems, including verifying integration accuracy, compliance with requirements, and API stability

• Providing support during testing and implementation to ensure systems function correctly

• Ensuring timely updates of documentation in Confluence, including process descriptions, requirements, and technical information

Requirements

• 4+ years workin as a Systems Analyst, background in marketplace products is an advantage

• Experience with requirements management systems (Jira, Confluence)

• Knowledge of business process modeling notations (BPMN, UML, ER diagrams), experience in creating Flow diagrams

• Experience in designing and documenting APIs with a deep understanding of web development practices (REST, working with Swagger and Postman)

• Skills in using tools for creating diagrams (Draw.io, Miro, PlantUML)

• Solid understanding database management, data modeling, and SQL

• Working knowledge of microservices architecture

• Experience working with JWT and antifraud systems is a plus

• Background in cross-platform teams would be a plus

• Strong proficiency in English for technical and business communication
