Senior SEO manager

Our current product lineup includes:

1. Invoices Maker (iOS/Android/Web) – helps simplify the process of sending invoices and receiving payments. We’re currently expanding its functionality and building a full-featured web version.
2. Field Service Businesses (SaaS) – a platform that helps companies with up to 20 employees easily manage clients, projects, tasks, schedules, teams, payments, and financial operations.

We’re looking for a Senior SEO manager in marketing team to attract relevant audiences through organic search, and boost business metrics by improving content and search visibility.

Projects to be handled:

1. A content platform for freelancers. This involves working on a blog and guides aimed at attracting and retaining freelancers. A content strategy will need to be formed, semantics gathered, and expert and SEO-optimised content written or outsourced. Its effectiveness and relevance will then need to be tracked.
2. SEO landing pages for the FSM segment (field service management). Creating and optimising product pages for various B2B niches, such as HVAC, cleaning and plumbing. This will include programmatic approaches, template generation, content management, link promotion and finding growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote product pages in Google search results for US and international search queries;
2. Increase conversion of clicks in our mobile and web products;
3. Lead strategic link-building through outreach and partnerships, securing quality backlinks while monitoring contractors and ensuring compliance;
4. Create and oversee high-quality SEO content (research, writing, optimization) both personally and via contractors, focusing on rankings, traffic, and conversions;
5. Execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO optimization (to enhance website visibility and performance);
6. Conduct competitor analysis;
7. Ability to independently create content or links using AI/SEO tools.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of proven SEO experience with strong case studies;
2. Solid understanding of website structure, traffic channels, and search intent;
3. Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and adapting content for AI-generated results (ChatGPT, Google SGE, etc.);
4. Experience with or interest in Programmatic SEO and large-scale content automation;
5. Strong analytical and research skills, including competitor analysis;
6. Systematic, data-driven approach to growth.
