We’re hiring a skilled Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture. Your mission is to consistently hire top-tier professionals across departments — from Product and Engineering to Marketing and Operations — who will thrive in our dynamic, distributed team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for roles across a variety of functions, globally.

  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines using direct sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).

  • Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, helping define role requirements and hiring strategies.

  • Screen, evaluate, and present candidates who are not only qualified but culturally aligned.

  • Coordinate structured interview processes, ensuring excellent candidate experience at every stage.

  • Track and optimize key hiring metrics: time-to-hire, pass-through rate, acceptance rate, and candidate experience.

  • Ensure all data is accurately maintained in PeopleForce (ATS) and related systems.

  • Actively contribute to continuous improvements in our sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding strategies.

  • 9+ roles filled per quarter with top-performing, culturally aligned talent

  • You manage 5–7 roles simultaneously while keeping your pipeline healthy and organized

  • You provide insight into the market, proactively challenge hiring assumptions, and improve process efficiencies

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environments

  • Strong outbound sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search)

  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels

  • Proven track record of international hiring (Europe, LATAM, CIS relocation)

  • Strong command of recruitment funnel metrics and process optimization

  • English level Upper-Intermediate+
